The Taiwan Federation of Myanmar was formally established in 2013, with the principle of "letting the people of Myanmar understand Taiwan enterprises and let Taiwan enterprises understand the relevant investment policies of Myanmar" for the purpose of enhancing mutual understanding and friendly cooperation between Taiwan enterprises and the government and people of Myanmar, maintaining friendship between the two sides and promoting common development.
